On Vacation!

Beginning this afternoon I am on vacation. 6 glorious days at my mother in-law & father in-law's lake house on Lake Leann! I can't wait. The weather will be perfect, family will be in town from Chicago, its a great place to put in mileage, lots of boating, jet skiing, sun bathing, kayaking, indulging in good food & drink, I could go on!

I have various runs schedule starting with 5-6 miles tonight with my dad before heading to the lake and 11 miles tomorrow morning. I also plan to use the resistance bands, do push ups and core work.
