Weekly Exercise Schedule

Sunday: 4.88 mile run
Monday: 20 minutes kick boxing, 20 minutes ab work out
Tuesday: 5.5 mile run
Wednesday: gym; weights for biceps, triceps, shoulders & chest, 40 minutes elliptical or AMT
Thursday: gym; 3 mile run, weights for back
Friday: none
Saturday: 4.66 mile run
