I never got around to posting last weeks exercise and running so here is this week adn last weeks results.
April 26 - May 2
Monday: biceps, tricpes, shoulders, stretching (sore legs from trail half)
Tuesday: back, 30 min intervals on AMT @ 20% and 5%, 5 min cool down at 16%
Wednesday: 5.35 mile run, core, push ups
Thursday: rest
Friday: 8.10 mile run
Saturday: 4 miles on treadmill (1m @ 8:20 pace, 2m @ 8:13 pace, 1m @ 8:06 pace), biceps, tricpes & shoulders
Sunday: back, core, 40 min intervals on AMT @ 20% and 4%, 5 min cool down at 3%
Total Mileage: 17.45 miles
Weight: 123lbs (WTF!!)
April 19 - 25
Monday: 5 mile run 37:49, 7:33 pace
Tuesday: 6 mile run w/ Chris, 54:14 9:02 pace
Wednesday: 3 mile run on treadmill (1m @ 8:20 pace, 2m @ 8:13 pace), shoulders, tricpes, abs
Thursday: biceps, chest, 3 miles treadmill
Friday: back, core, 25 min AMT @ 20%
Saturday: rest
Sunday: 13.1 mile-trail half marathon 2:03:04 9:26 pace 7th out of 39 in age group
Total Mileage: 27.1 miles
Weight: 121lbs
