I really want to try running in compression socks, but not sure which brand to try first. Any advice for a compression sock first timer would be appreciated!!
No first hand experience with socks but my husband adores his Zensah calf compression sleeves. In fact, most the runners I see wearing any type of compression clothing is usually by Zensah.
I also have a pair of Zensah sleeves. I really like them, and I also only wash them every few wearings. With socks, I think I would definitely feel the need to wash them everytime. For compression socks, most reviews I have read seem to say CEP are the best. Hope you find something you love!
CEP hands down. I have several Zensah pairs and they are nice enough but the CEP I really feel the difference in those. I got socks but I want the sleeves too so I can wear under pants in the summer.

I have some Zensahs that I bust out every now and then. I have some socks I will wear occasionally for recovery, but I don't know the brand.
