Here is how the week went.
Monday: 3 miles hill intervals on Treadmills, back strength training
Tuesday: 5.83 mile run outside; 44:31 7:38 pace, push ups 3 x 15
Wednesday: 4.5 mile run outside - no watch, push ups 3 x 15, core work
Thursday: strength training biceps & triceps, captains chair 3 sets of 15, AMT intervals 20% $ 5 %, 5 minutes AMT cool down at 16%
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 5 miles trail race; 38:07 7:45 pace 1st out of 18 in age group, strength training back, shoulders & chest.
Sunday: strength training legs, core work, 3 mile easy run on treadmill 8:27-8:00 pace
Total Mileage: 21.33 miles
Weight: 118lbs
*I really need to make sure I start increasing my mileage this upcoming week!
